What to Expect

The standard home inspection

A home inspection is a non-invasive visual inspection of accessible areas of the home. The inspection process is designed to uncover issues such as aging components, faulty wiring, leaks, and many other problems that pose a potential financial or safety risk.

After the inspection, you will be equipped with a comprehensive and easy-to-understand report of our findings, complete with photos. While the seller is not generally obligated to make repairs, the findings may allow you to reopen negotiations.
